Since 2006 Paris yearly hosts the Mondial SPA & BEAUTE exhibition for beauty and spa professionals organised by Mr Roland Buffet. Despite the existing competition, the event has gained a high authority among professionals within the last six years. The event of 2011 has seen participation of about 400 companies, with the number of visitors reaching 13 500 from all round the world.
The visitors of the exhibition were given the opportunity to participate in two parallel conferences - the one devoted to spa and the other -on beauty issues. Both the exhibitors and visitors appreciated the high standard of organization, easy and convenient navigation and the choice of topics.

Spa & Wellness International Council (SWIC)
Spa & Wellness International Council (SWIC) is a non-profitable organization based on membership, established in Russia in 2010 in order to support the development of spa and wellness industries in the Russian Federation and CIS countries (Ukraine, Belorussia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan).The young and quickly developing spa markets of the above mentioned countries have much in common – the long-term traditions of balneology and hydrotherapy, alongside with the relatively low standards of hospitality and medical services. The newly founded Spa & Wellness International Council (SWIC) is the only non-profitable organization in the region aimed at elaborating the corporate standards for the industry of spa and wellness by joining efforts of governmental structures and private business. SWIC is open for both individual and corporate membership (including foreign companies operating on the Russian and CIS markets), the terms of joining SWIC requiring serious professional achievements and experience in the health and beauty industry. The Committee of Experts, composed of prominent scientists, entrepreneurs and leading experts, is being formed within SWIC in order to provide consultations and professional support to its members.
