We are working for you
As part of preparations of the International Specialized Exhibition Spa & Beauty Russia to be held from 20 – 22 September 2012 within Amber Plaza, Moscow, the organization committee is carrying out a significant communication campaign aimed at the promotion of the event and the success of its participants.
- Target: Spa, wellness, beauty and cosmetics professionals, all potential visitors that exhibitors are keen to meet with.
- Content: On top of a massive communication campaign delivering messages to be as well informative as promotional, all professionals are expecting from us a truly attractive content. This is the main goal of our communication and promotion campaign.
- Communication tools: Promotion and information on Spa & Beauty Russia will be completed through three communication channels: Special interest trade press, direct marketing and Internet.
Spa & Beauty Russia organizing committee is conducted a very active advertising campaign through trade press exclusively dedicated to spa, wellness, beauty, cosmetics professionals targeting uppermost potential investors as well as general public interested in those sectors’ issues and particularly all project holders, entrepreneurs or company take-over entrepreneur.
This communication strategy via trade press using the standards in terms of advertising insertions, classic press release and solid and long-time-existing network, is based on a strictly «BtoB» marketing strategy. The aim is to present to the targeted public all advantages and interests they can get while meeting with the exhibitors and inversely.
It is not about to reach the most possible people, as we could do it through mass media: It would be completely useless, because we would miss the above mentioned objective; This mistake would lead to attract curious visitors without any will to make business with exhibitors. On the contrary, the objective is to attain only professional project holders and business people.
At the heart of the message delivered via special interest press, the unseen nature of Spa & Beauty Russia can be read. Indeed, the organisers are working with a constant leitmotiv: the creation of a truly qualitative and new event on the Russian market. The exhibition tends to be friendly and held in a warm atmosphere but most of all intends to be extremely serious and professional giving birth to a maximum of positive exchanges and meetings between exhibiting brands and visitors. It is true that this kind of exhibition is already well established in Europe (in the manner of Mondial spa & Beauté), nevertheless Russian exhibitions are often and unfortunately very close from an obsolete kind of fair, too big, too generalist, too much retail oriented and is not truly efficient in terms of doing real and long-term business. From a professional point of view, fairs are not interesting and this will not be improved soon.
Nowadays, human-sized event is a must-go and keep concentration on the priorities (meeting, exchanging, doing business based on a win-win situation) is a must-do.
Non-exhaustive trade press list associated to Spa & Beauty Russia promotional campaign with the most popular professional editions and web sites.
Those titles covers the whole above mentioned professional sectors, from massage to cosmetology, hotel business, financial business and is covering as well vast geographical areas: From Baltic countries to Moscow and from big cities to central Russia (Voronej, Saint-Petersbourg…) till Vladivostok.
Most of those press titles have signed a contract with the Spa & Beauty Russia organizing committee planning distribution of invitation cards to all their subscribers.
Press and online advertising is made only on targeted sites. We work closely from high traffic web site, exchange and proceed with partnership only with those web sites having a high notoriety. This is important to select those kinds of web sites to ensure the message to be delivered correctly and to the right auditors.
